They came out the same day to provide us a quote, and once we got the insurance side of things settled, they came out and stripped the entire roof and had it shingled within one day. We were blown away by their service and they even cleaned up everything when they were finished and left it cleaner than when they got there. They were great at communicating everything with us and working with our insurance for adjustments as needed. I would recommend anyone wanting a quality roofing service to check them out!

Prime Roofing has been nothing short of fantastic! The roof looks great and they completed the project in only one day. From start to finish they performed professionally and expertly. They left the project area clean of debris and without any signs of construction. At the conclusion of the project, Prime Roofing provided pictures of all roof areas at various phases of the project for record keeping. I can’t say enough good things about this company. I would recommend them 100 times over!!!I initially used Yelp to solicit roofing companies. Almost all responses were AI generated with the exception of Prime Roofing. I receive a phone call from Esteban Elizondo, owner of Prime Roofing. He offered to come out the next day to inspect the roof and provide an estimate. Additionally, he provided two roofing experts to be present during the insurance adjuster’s inspection. The estimate Prime Roofing submitted to the insurance company included detailed project costs, pictures of their thorough inspection, and supporting documentation for all of their recommendations. This included an existing shingle analysis from ETEL and all applicable building codes associated with our roofing system project.

Same day appointments. Gave me several options. Free inspection with a temporary fix to help leak. This gave me time to figure things out.

I recently used Prime Roofing for a complete roof replacement. Their service was excellent. They helped me through, and worked with my insurance carrier to ensure I got the most of my coverage. On the day of installation they were very careful not to damage my steep blacktop driveway. Their clean up was very thorough I haven’t found one nail. Mid job it was determined I needed all new sheathing and they handled that and were still finished in the same day. Would definitely recommend.
